While Malaysia enters day 10 of the "Movement Control Order" (which is meant to control the spread of COVID-19 locally), the situation is improving a lot in China with our supply chain's production speed now at about 75% of normal. So once again, despite not being able to operate or ship any orders out at the moment, we want to emphasize that production of components and hilts are still progressing so we are NOT at a standstill.
Sadly, despite the Movement Control Order in Malaysia, many individuals failed to heed the rules and as a result the number of new cases per day continue to rise. To counter this, the Malaysian government is introducing stricter regulations, stepping up enforcement of it and EXTENDING the duration of the MCO to 14th April 2020. In other words, Sabertrio's workshop has to remain close for another 2 weeks.
Will there be additional delays to my order now?
Regrettably, yes. Any orders that is scheduled to ship by mid to end April WILL encounter delays as we are simply NOT allowed to return to work; failing to follow this rule may result in jail time.
Regardless, we want to sincerely apologize again for the repeated delays. With that said, here's a shout out to all our customers who majority of you have been extremely patient, understanding and supportive to us during this very challenging times. We truly are grateful and cannot thank you enough for it.
As always, more updates to come here on Facebook & IG. Our customer service team remains very active in replying all the messages and emails received within a working day. Be safe everyone! Stay home, watch more Star Wars and play more computer games!
Lockdown extended to 14th April. Additional delay may happen for orders. Thank you for being so patient and supportive! We don't want to go to jail. ...
