Accessing the microSD Card

You will need a computer and a microSD Card reader.

Please take a moment to read the microSD Card section in Safety before proceeding.

The microSD Card is hidden under the soundboard, located behind the battery.

Remove the chassis halfway and use your fingernail to gently push the SD card until you hear a click. Let go, and it will pop out.

For instructions on how to remove the chassis, refer to Recharging >

To remove it, we recommend either pinching the microSD Card between your fingernails or using a pair of tweezers.

Once out, insert it into a microSD Card reader, plug it into your computer’s USB port and navigate to it with your computer’s file manager (eg. Windows File Explorer / OSX Finder).

Be sure to create a local backup of the microSD Card’s contents.

The microSD card slot in the Proffie soundboard can be a little stubborn.

If this is the case, we recommend wiggling the microSD card slightly from side-to-side while you pull.

Once out, insert it into a microSD Card reader, plug it into your computer’s USB port and navigate to it with your computer’s file manager (eg. Windows File Explorer / OSX Finder).

Be sure to create a local backup of the microSD Card’s contents.
