The Lore of Elemental Spire

Somewhere out there in the outer rims, lies a certain peculiar workshop that is ran by a small group of unique individuals called the Gatherers. In this rather unassuming place is the opportunity to build a lightsaber that derives from any of the four following themes; peace & justice, power & control, protection & defence, and elemental nature.

While the first three has rather obvious traceable roots, we have always found ourselves intrigued by elemental nature for its textured surfaces, organic motifs and embodiment of the Force itself. This has led us to attempt creating an elemental nature saber of our own and the Vahlken was the hilt of choice.

We started off by drawing inspiration from the elemental nature components of the said workshop, but later onwards realized that it wasn't enough. Eventually, we supplemented the theme with designs that were inspired from the book covers of the Jedi Texts that were secreted away to Ahcn-To. Through combining and mashing together both concepts, we created a complete set of glyphs that we then proceeded to apply to all the facets of the hilt. To further add variations, certain glyphs were etched in reverse to break the monotony of the design.

In an attempt to ensure the saber appeared elemental nature, we made sure that every silver surfaces of the Vahlken Silver Black was etched to form that natural textured finish. From there, we applied a manual weathering (V2) process to to the saber that ultimately gave it a natural appearance that we believe is attuned to the powers of the living Force
