5 out of 5, I couldn't recommend Sabertrio more! My entire experience with them was excellent: their customer service, the community they've built, their great business practices and their amazing craftsmanship.
Even before I placed an order at all, Sabertrio was quick to answer my questions over e-mail, and their professional attitude and courtesy were outstanding. I knew just from the way they wrote to their fans that this was a company I could trust. Sabertrio honors their customers so well by only taking in as many orders as they can handle, then devoting careful attention to each saber.
I received my beautiful Senza in 10 weeks, right in the middle of the projected 4-16 weeks, and I was blown away by the packaging! The entire package was shrink-wrapped, and inside the box everything was arranged excellently. The saber itself was wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap (which was cauterized shut, so no chance of that saber slipping out!), and the moment I cut through and saw the saber, I was blown away.
The Senza surpassed all of my expectations. It's sleek, detailed, solidly-made and screams quality! There's not a sharp edge on it, even with the sharp-looking emitter guards attached, and it feels like part of my arm when I hold it. The black anodizing is crisp and clean, and the grip has just enough texture to make it firm without being uncomfortable.
I could go on and on about how awesome the internals of this thing are, but it's enough to say that the Crystal Focus X soundboard is the way to go. The smooth-swing soundfonts that you get with the $85 soundboard upgrade make the saber feel real!
All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. Sabertrio is not just one of the best lightsaber companies out there, but one of the best companies, period. The quality of their sabers makes them excellent. The quality of their character makes them legendary!
Firstly let me say I've had a lot of experience with many different saber companies in the past.
but I have never had such a wonderful experience such as I had with Sabertrio.
this company is absolutely second to none in my opinion honestly I could gush for hours about them but let's just get to meat of this recommendation.
1. Product value - the sabers provided by Sabertrio are by far the best bang for your buck lightsabers on the market.
their top of the range Sabers the (NEO V2) are totally jam packed with features making them look and feel like the real thing , with top quality materials and expert craftsmanship you can feel the love and dedication that has gone into your weapon.
2. Customer support/ communication - this is a place where Sabertrio really destroys the competition their customers service is absolutely top shelf.
I had the absolute pleasure of communicating with Kit on Sabertrio's Facebook messenger.
Kit is an absolute champion and the most professional and courteous customer service representative I've dealt with anywhere.
Kit was always happy to answer any dumb question i had and kept me up to date with everything going on with my order.

Forged in the waning days of the Great Sith War, the Solarien was the signature weapon of Jedi Master Jospa Vill’ahn, a luminary within the Jedi Order whose name became synonymous with wisdom, diplomacy, and an unshakable devotion to peace. Like Nomi Sunrider before him, Vill’ahn was not merely a warrior—he was a unifier, a beacon for those lost in the shadow of the Dark Side.
Origins and Construction
The hilt was co-created by Vill’ahn and the artisan enclave of Starfall on Ossus, drawing upon techniques nearly forgotten even by the time of the Old Republic. Its body was cast in polished electrum and phrik alloy, symbolic of a Jedi’s tempered resolve—unyielding but radiant. The design features ornamental emitter ridges and black inlays, not for vanity, but as a reminder of the balance between darkness and light.
At its heart, the Solarien housed a dual-kyber configuration—a primary crystal from the crystal caves of Dantooine and a secondary focusing shard gifted by the Sunrider family themselves. This pairing gave the blade a rare golden hue, with a subtle white corona at its edge, representing illumination piercing shadow.
Philosophy in Steel and Light
Jospa Vill’ahn believed the Solarien was more than a weapon—it was a promise. In diplomatic negotiations, the weapon remained at his side, deactivated, a silent declaration that peace was always his first path. But when ignited, the Solarien’s blade shone with such brilliance that it often halted conflicts before the first strike.
Master Vill’ahn’s fighting style mirrored his philosophy—primarily employing Form VI (Niman), integrating the balance of offense and defense, enhanced by elements of Tràkata to control the pace of combat. To him, the blade’s ignition was the final argument, not the opening one.
Notable Deeds
The Concord Dawn Accord – Vill’ahn used the Solarien to parry a deathblow aimed at both Mandalorian and Republic delegates, forcing the would-be assassin into surrender and saving the fragile peace talks.
The Battle of Mytus IV – Facing a Sith Lord who thrived on overwhelming fury, Vill’ahn deactivated his blade mid-duel, refusing to strike. This act of defiance shattered his opponent’s concentration, allowing Vill’ahn to end the conflict without bloodshed.
The Ossus Evacuation – As the Sith bombardment began, Vill’ahn used the Solarien’s intense radiance in combination with the Force to signal evacuation ships through the choking ash, guiding thousands to safety.
The Fate of the Solarien
When Jospa Vill’ahn passed into the Force, the Solarien was sealed within the Hall of Tranquility on Ossus, alongside relics of the greatest Jedi peacemakers. Legends say that when the galaxy is plunged into darkness once more, the Solarien will ignite again, carried by one whose heart mirrors Vill’ahn’s unwavering light.

Now the smallest hilt in my collection surpassing Yodas! This Aria is quite different than the rest of my @sabertrio hilts but I was intrigued so I just went for it. I think its perfect for spinning practice, for your kids, or someone who just has smaller hands.
I do think the control box gets just a tinyyy bit in the way at times but it is a little small for my hands so not really a complaint just noting it. It has a matte like texture and after spinning with it id give it an overall 9/10. Volume and sound venting is great - as usual @sabertrio doesnt miss in any aspect.
The third picture shows the new battery size to adjust to the small size of the Aria - compared to a regular battery in all of their other hilts. Operates on a 2 button setup on the clamp card.

The Solarien by @Sabertrio is one gorgeous lightsaber
Finally had some time to get some photos of the Sabre Virtuose by @sabertrio. This hilt is inspired by the game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. I had fully embraced my collection as-is when they announced this absolute masterpiece and I knew from the second I saw it that I needed it.
Sabertrio's quality is always top-notch and they nailed it once again. This bad boy was meticulously crafted to draw inspiration from the best of the Painters and feels like it could be used as a weapon in-game. As an added bonus, they created a blade style and sound font using In Lumière's Name that sounds incredible.
This game has quickly climbed to my #1 of all time and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it from the moment I first picked it up. The writing, pacing, world-building, art design, gameplay, acting, direction, and of course the music are all so poetically interwoven in ways that keep you coming back for more. A second or even third playthrough feels like a brand new game. Can't wait to see it win GOTY at the Game Awards this year. #expedition33 #sabertrio #lightsaber
Only Sabertrio can ensure great customer support and amazing models After being utterly disappointed by Ultra Sabers (as per the comments all say ...) I decided for a more customized approach by taking my shot with Sabertrio. I must say the reviews were great, but not as great as the ones concerning the customer support - which I was more interested in. I spared for months and months to be able to afford a true quality lightsaber with the latest technology and man I chose well. First of all the website is very attractive. True, the choice is kinda limited, but I'd rather see a few models being handled like pros rather than a filled up catalog with crappy designs and construction problems. I absolutely loved to be able to customize the metal of the saber, and even if I did not choose to opt for the heavily but expensive customized worn render, I appreciated the option nonetheless. I paid $700 for my very customized saber and was warned that production could take up to 12 weeks and I was OK with that. It ended being ready in 4-6 weeks tops, while I was on a long vacation abroad so I immediately contacted them to suspend the sending and they were quick to answer and prone to understand, which reassured me a lot. When I returned, the parcel arrived in two separate packages (hilt boxset and blade) extremely well protected and both intact. The saber boxset itself if quite amazing in its design and capacity. Classy, simple, very Star Wars in every aspect. I was astonished by the amazing job on th saber, it's quiet heavy, looks gorgeous as well and worked beyond my expectations. Only downside was the blade, which was intact, but seemed to be a tiny bit faulty as once the blade is off, there was still some kind of blue lights on. I took some pictures of the problem and got a very quick reply from Sabertrio who decided to send me another blade at no additional cost, deeming the batch of the blade to be faulty so they were careful to select another batch. Also, they insisted that I updated them concerning the arrival and test of the blade, so they are definitely not letting people down. The blade arrived and it worked perfectly this time. I must say I was right to select Sabertrio and I am absolutely positive that they are the perfect support team for such creations. Polite, responsive, emphasizing and fair, really all what you could expect from a customer support. If I ever want to buy a new one, that is definitely Sabertrio I'd choose again without a inch of hesitation. Thank you so much, team, for all you've done. This saber is indeed my life, and I shall treasure it forever.

Happy Star Wars Day! I got my first Sabertrio - and it's been an experience.
Ok, first time poster, first time buyer, first time review!
Just a preface, I'm writing this as a first time owner, with zero experience with other companies. I picked Sabertrio primarily due to their reputation, and custom acid etched option.
First things first, ordering was a breeze. Once you kind of get things set up to purchase, it's pretty easy to do the mad dash to order on the opening (25th March in this case). Managed to snag a custom etched CFX Senza. Yay!
After a week they emailed to ask for what I'd like for the design. I heard others have gotten their team to design it for them, but I'm fussy so I took it into my own hands. After about 1 month of discussion I finally settled on a design.
This is where things kinda went awry. Before I continue, I just want to say I'm still super happy with the end result but let me explain what I actually initially wanted. I indicated I wanted a clean shallow etch, and what parts to be etched. This was double checked and confirmed by the design team. Unfortunately I got standard etch depth, and the parts etched were reversed. This isn't a huge deal as I still loved the look but to make it look what I'd like I requested their new weathering option. This was an extra cost which I wasn't too happy about as I don't think they've indicated any extra costs for it. But oh well, I couldn't do without it.
The Sabertrio team were fantastic to work with and I'd still recommend them as while they did take a little bit of time to reply (understandably) it was still 100% effort on their part. At this point I was pretty happy and eagerly waiting for shipment!
Then bam, Australian customs fees. I expected customs to lay the tax on me but holy hell there were all these other extra charges, which were double the tax on the Saber itself. D:
Finally got the beauty and extremely happy with it. Having a ton of fun customising and getting into the whole CFX stuff :D

So today has been a day I've been waiting months and months to arrive. I've always seen custom etched sabers and always wanted one. They are a reflection of the person's imagination and inspiration. Then I got the opportunity to make it happen. Two Custom 1-off Sabertrio Hilts. Vahlkens have always been my favorite design and to add a shroud to them, well it makes them even sexier. These 2 hilts are actually longer than standard Vahlkens, allowing for more tech space. Installed with NeoPixel Proffie 2.2 and using the newest setup available from SaberTrio.
I wanted to make these hilts siblings to each other, made at the same time by a sabersmith but given to siblings that went different ways in the Force. Reflections of each other's life choices.
The Jedi hilt has elements of World Between Worlds iconography and the creed spoken by Luminara from the 2D Clone Wars series inlayed into the hilt

Finally got my very own saber after stalking the company for years 😆
First saber I've gotten from them and I can already tell it won't be the last! The blade got interrupted in transit so I haven't been able to try that out but one of my others worked just fine. Love the feel of the hilt and how easy it is to spin. Definitely some top tier craftsmanship here.
Got the Neo Proffie Vahlken Brushed Silver Black (Legacy) from their RTS selection. Pretty stoked, it blows all my replicas out of the water! I ordered this on the 20th, shipped on the 22nd and got here today on the 27th. 10/10 would recommend.
I’ve always wanted a Sabertrio after hearing about their top notch quality, customer service and after care support. Finally, I committed and couldn’t be more impressed! I went with the “Shadow Stalker” Korvus. The blade and CFX power core are coming soon but I was so excited I even impulse bought an aux adapter so I could connect it to my stereo system for that ultimate bass experience 😎. This would be my second saber in my collection with the first being an LGT Cal Kestis from Darkwolf Sabers.
I'm a huge fan of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, so there was no way I could turn this down. This saber looks absolutely incredible in person and the detail is fantastic!
I ordered the Aeryn and Arclyte from Sabertrio in mid-January, and my lightsabers arrived today. Holy cow...they are beautiful and totally worth the hype. And it took me a hot second to learn their two-button interface. Both of them are proffie; I am leaning towards leaving them as is and not flash them, but I may copy their blade styles onto another one of my proffie lightsabers.

After the whole mess that was my experience with Electrum, having this sweet thing in my hands feels so good.
Build is a Neo CFX Senza with Ornate shroud and a 36 inch blade.
I just received my Sabertrio Daemos Proffie Saber in the exact Boba Fett design I requested, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, the process of bringing this vision to life was outstanding—every detail I asked for was understood and perfectly executed. The green, red, and yellow accents mirror Fett’s iconic Mandalorian armor exactly as I imagined.
The weathering is exceptional, giving the hilt the same battle-worn authenticity that makes Boba Fett’s beskar so legendary. It feels less like a newly built saber and more like a weapon that has survived countless encounters. The craftsmanship is top-tier—precise, solid, and clearly made with care.
With the Proffieboard at its core, I now have a saber that not only looks like the one I dreamed of, but also offers all the customization and performance I could hope for. The whole journey, from idea to finished piece, has been as impressive as the saber itself.

As a life long star wars fan, it's amazing to finally have my own neopixel blade. It's something I've wanted for a long time but never could make myself pull the trigger. I saw this hilt by accident one day and it just simply spoke to me. After waiting monthsssss for this thing to come back in stock, I was finally able to pull the trigger, and I am so glad i did.

Sabertrio is a phenomenal company that I cannot recommend enough, I only had slight issues regarding my blade but that means nothing considering the absolutely incredible customer support I've had to help me fix the issue. I really can't understate, these are the best lightsabers the market has to offer and I CANNOT wait for them to open again, because the next time they are, and if I have the money, I'll be certain to add another to my collection. Having bought from other saber companies before I can say that none can even compare to the craftsman ship and customer support provided by Sabertrio, and while other companies come close with replica sabers they offer they do not match the impeccable craftsmanship that comes with these custom lightsabers. 10/10, and to the team at S3, keep up the fantastic work, you guys are awesome!

Mega! Very high workmanship of the handle, no sharp edges, very classy and also overall a super quality. Lies perfectly in the hand and also the weight is super balanced. You can actually duel with it - seems very stable and makes FX sounds when in contact. The Neoblade is really bright throughout. The sound as a whole is the hammer - I even made it a little quieter. With a double click, you can activate music .B and then turn on the sword. Also the different light effects are very different and are really fun. The Netil did not fit into the sword. The customer support was quickly reachable and immediately sent me a new one. Supernice and sought-after customer service with fast response time. It can't be better! 🥰

Fantastic customer service, quick helpful and polite. The saber, after first igniting it, Wow I've been waiting for that moment for decades. It feels really solid, the weathering looks great and the neopixel and sound effects are spot on. One of those rare purchases with no niggles of regret. However I recommend you heavily research what you want prior to a etsy sale event on the sabertrio website (the best of all lightsaber companies) as they sell out fast. This is the best purchase ever for a Star Wars fan. I bought this at the Black Friday rts event. My older brother had no idea. I got it delivered two days ago and in love with it, then I surprised my brother when he got home from work that night he couldn’t believe it! This is my first ever realistic lightsaber I’ve owned. I’m gonna build my saber collection of getting some FX and more Neo sabers overtime. My brother is gonna get his too as he’s a huge fan also. I was lucky enough to get one of the Acid Etched Vahlkens during the RTS event. Ooooooohhh it is beautiful! Customer service was great and the product is unbelievable. I received my RTS saber within about 8 days of ordering. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Sabertrio. My advice, if you are fast enough to place an order when they have items in stock, BUY immediately! This company and its product are worth every penny and some! Quality, details, design all 5 star. The Sabertrio team really do make some amazing lightsabers. They are also responsive, and transparent about their work and business, and focus on quality over quantity. And it shows by how many people flood to submit an order when they open their shop up.
What is there to say? Sabertrio makes some of the highest quality sabers on the market, at a *MORE* affordable price (still expensive, but not as expensive as other companies for the quality) than many other saber companies. The weathered finish really makes this Vahlken stand out among the other silver/black finishes out there. The RTS event was a hit and everything arrived in record time!
These products are worth the wait! More importantly, they value their employees and are very transparent when it comes to communicating to their customers regarding updates or replying to individual customer inquiries. The Aeryn hilt is a beautiful and beastly hilt that I’m happy to add to my collection.

Amazing customer service and great product overall.
It was all that I wanted and more. Shipping was really fast, it got to my door in about 4-5 days after leaving their facility. When I received it, it was super light in weight and the LED fully illuminated any blade I put in the saber. Will say though that it was a mistake only on my behalf to order this saber at the end of December of 2019, then not realizing that the Chinese New year celebration was soon after. All in all though, will be ordering more from this wonderful company.
Easily one of the best affordable-ended saber companies out there. The Aeryn is a pleasure to hold and swing around. The LED's on these things easily rival the likes of Ultrasabers and Saberforge. An amazing saber, with an amazing customer service. They told me that they ran out of their silver switches for the saber until mid February. So they gave me a choice between gold (which costs extra) and black switch as compensation. I chose the gold switch because it does look great. They also gave me a blade plug (which also costs extra) as compensation without my knowledge. Amazing shop!

Ordered Last November-Worked On Design Until Last Month(Feb)-Took Awhile Because I Wanted The Design To Be Perfect-I Made a Major Change Once Only To The Design-After Design Confirmation They Plotted Stickers-Then Acid Etched The Hilt- They Confirmed Sticker Placement Before Etching And Confirmed Etching Before Electronics Install-After All Was Done It Took One Week From Malaysia To USA For The Saber To Get To Me. So 5months.

I just received my dark side font silver black Skylar. by far the most beautiful looking fx saber I have seen. All the features that are imoprtant. Amazing bass from the speaker and nice and loud. The idle pulse is so nice, in a dark room it looks like the real thing. Whatever the settings are on the pico 2 as far as swing response, are amazing. Right out of the box with an hours worth of cycling the colors and woking through all the dark and light side fighting forms and not one ghost swing. The flash on clash is so responsive that as you flourish and spin, if you graze a sleeve, not even your arm, it clashes. It will not clash with hard spinning however which is perfect. The brushed finish silver black hilt has wonderful weight, no clicks or clunks due to the perfect fitting chasis. If you are looking around look no further. I have friends with other brands and this puts them to rest, plus the price point. The folks at Sabertrio were very cool and nice to deal with and the product is flat awesome..Thank you sabertio I wished I could afford all 3....Maybe in time. I have never had anything but a great experience with Sabertrio! Top notch electronics and professional installations in all my hilts. The most comfortable and attractive designs that can be used for dueling. All of this is secondary to their customer service. I highly recommend them.
These guys are amazing. The level of service from them is too good to be true. This is my first lightsaber and I got to say it might be the best things I've ever held in my hands. Supreme quality and craftsmanship. I told them I was leaving Malaysia in 2 weeks and would not be back for a long time and seeing how they have a 2 - 6 week build lead time I thought I would have to forget about it, but when I asked if they could send it a bit earlier all they told me was and I quote
Got a black weathered vahlken stunt and it's sooooo awesome. No sharp edges, smooth grip and weathering is on point. Highly recommend the upgraded rechargable 18650 as it comes with a great delrin chassis for a nano upgrade.
Customer service knocked it out of the park, they even went the extra mile for me in the end. Lead time was about 2 months to receive my saber with ecommerce so pretty darn good compared to some of the mass production companies.

Sabertrio is all about Quality and Excellent Customer Support - pre & post sale. I had tons of questions and hesitations before I bought my Skylar FX. Each question I had was answered and explained to my satisfaction. The courier they use is DHL- quite expensive but delivery was incredibly fast, with online tracking. I received my saber in one piece. The Skylar is top of the line. It's just beautifully built and durable at that. The speaker is loud and the light diffusion of the blade is awesome. I just got my Arclyte Stunt Saber, and all I can say is: WOW! The finish of the hilt is awesome, and the details were precise! Definitely worth the money, and worth the wait. As far as customer service goes, they reply to e-mails as soon as they can, and provide updates through the whole process. I received my very first lightsaber on Wednesday, which was an FX Aeyrn, after using it a lot over the past few days, I can totally give a recommendation. So firstly, well done to the Sabertrio team for finding alternative sources for parts despite whats going on in the world right now. Secondly, to quote Director Krennic 'Oh, it's beautiful'. This is seriously such a pretty and well-made saber, the electronics are fantastic (and VERY responsive) and the blade is very bright (like, oh my god it's bright). Thirdly the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with (and probably will ever deal with, its really hard to beat it.) Their customer service really is top-notch and they are really happy to help with any problems that you might have. All in all, if you want a stellar saber from a company that delivers high-quality products and has FANTASTIC customer service (I can't recommend them enough) buy a Sabertrio saber, you won't regret it.

Due to the recent COVID situation, my saber did take longer than expected to complete, but honestly I've waited my whole life for a saber of this quality, so the wait wasn't a big deal.
I never had to contact customer service, because Sabertrio's team kept us up to date on their status, and I really appreciated that. When it was finally completed, the saber took less than a week to get halfway around the world.
Every level of my experience, including the quality for the price, has been beyond satisfactory. Now that I have my saber in hand, I'm really understanding General Grievous more than ever before. I will say when (not if) I get another addition to my collection, it too will be from Sabertrio.

So far I love the saber. As of right now it works perfectly and it looks really nice sitting on the stand I purchased for it. The saber is also really easy to use with the CFX chipset, very easy to add and switch between fonts.
If there is one thing I would wish sabertrio would ad is a kill key for the recharge port to save the battery a little more. But the deep sleep function on the CFX and the charger kind of acts as a kill key.
I do need to comment on their customer service. My experience was outstanding with them. I asked after I placed my order if I could have them add an extra sound font to my saber and they were happy to do it free of charge. All I had to do was find the sounds I wanted and send them over. The next thing I asked was if I could have the saber workbench(display stand)added to my order. Not only did they say they’re be happy to add it. They sent me a promo code to wave the shipping on that item.
I’m overall very impressed with Sabertrio and I will for sure order another saber from them in a heart beat. They have the best online customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I stand by it. This is the only company that has gone out of their way and found my order number for me and not have me tell them what it is. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ordered my saber on march 26th. Sabertrio was struggling with the supplie of certains parts, but they were super transparent about this. It was no problem to wait, because Sabertrio posts updates every week. After 20 weeks (Sabertrio could not produce for weeks because of local lockdowns) my order arrived and it exceeds all expectations. High quality materials and amazing light and sound quality.
