WARRANTY POLICY

All Sabertrio custom sabers has a limited warranty which covers any failures or damages caused by workmanship or manufacturing defects, for a period of 1 year from the order completion date. This warranty does not cover any failures or damages due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Improper maintenance or attempted repair by any party other than Sabertrio or its designated representatives will void this warranty. Should you ever encounter an issue with your saber, please reach out to us via email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct messages. If your saber qualifies for a warranty claim, all shipping costs will be covered by Sabertrio however we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Warranty claims are always given the highest priority. This Sabertrio limited warranty is not transferable.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your custom saber to us within 30 days from date of receiving it. The saber must be returned at your own cost in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once we have received the saber and confirmed its condition, a refund will be issued minus a USD25 administrative charge, original shipping cost and PayPal transaction fee.

ORDER CHANGES

It is okay to change your mind. As long as your order has not yet been marked as “Fulfilled”, you can request for changes. However, please note that our manufacturing system requires new work orders to be generated even for the simplest order modification, and that will reset your order’s position in the build queue; it may take longer to be completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders that are marked as “Unfulfilled” can be cancelled however there will be a USD25 administrative charge and the PayPal transaction fee is not refundable.
