And moving forward as fast as we can, is what is happening right now at Sabertrio. Black Friday was truly amazing but we ain't kicking back or taking things easy. Much like every other reopening event, it has created nothing short of a tsunami of emails, messages and comments.

Despite working overtime, we are definitely swamped especially with order changes and add on requests. To share a little more on what is going on behind the scenes, recently we have implemented a brand new ERP system which does a wonderful job of managing our inventory and optimizing assemblies. However, it requires strict adherence to the process and this has made any order modifications a lot more tedious to handle.

We want to emphasize that this will NEVER affect our flexibility with you all but humbly ask for your patience as we currently need more time to get changes handled. Everyone is working furiously to get those replies out and we are hoping to return our response time back to normal by end of this week.
