Jedi may stand for peace. But in order to reach it, you sometimes have to fight for it.

One thing constant at Sabertrio is we are always working hard to improve everything about ourselves, and that definitely includes our cosplay endeavors.

Estee has always been one of our most popular cosplay models. It is no secret that her character was heavily inspired by Bastila Shan but as we continue moving forward, we felt that she needed a stronger identity of her own.

While previous iterations of her outfit was an incremental facelift, we decided to challenge ourselves more this time and again push the boundaries of our costume designing capabilities. We decided to completely redesign Estee's outfit while still drawing connections with her past appearances.

Being a Jedi Sentinel of the Old Republic era, we noticed a prevalent usage of armor among her peers. Considering we now have experience in creating EVA foam armor through Elizabeth's inquisitor photoshoot, we felt that the time was right to also introduce this to Estee's new concept. And to take things a step further, we decided to apply air brushing techniques to the armor to achieve a weathered metallic look much like Ahsoka's in The Mandalorian season 2. To complete the look, Estee's shin guards and vambrances featured inlaid LEDs that gave off a subtle orange illumination.

The base of Estee's outfit is now a single body suit which is then accented with a leather neck piece and corset. Connected to the corset both at the front and rear is a unique orange colored half tabard that is piped and decorated with the same leather. Holding it down are bespoke 3D printed weights with gold inlays.

Finishing touches to the outfit includes Jedi food capsules and a covertec clip that neatly attaches to the straps of the corset. Also, the triangular motif on the half tabard is subtly mirrored through the small armband on the right arm.

And perhaps most importantly, Estee now wields twin Senzas which (all biasness aside) is an amazing hilt design for forming a custom saberstaff. Your chance to get one similar to Estee's is happening this September 16th.
