Shadow Guardian

Within the Jedi Order of the Old Republic, exists a secret fringe group known as the Jedi Covenant. It was established shortly after the end of the Great Sith War with its sole purpose of preventing another return of the Sith, at any cost. Contrary to orthodox teachings, the Jedi Covenant hated the Sith with a passion and were very radical in their actions. They mostly operated covertly and would require records of willing Jedi to either be permanently erased or have their deaths falsified. Initiated members of this group were then regarded as Shadows.

We wanted to craft a lightsaber that was befitting to a Jedi Shadow, and the Mirah, known for its sleek streamlined profile, was the hilt of choice. Despite the clandestine nature of their work, members of the Jedi Covenant ultimately carried out their duties with a steadfast commitment to the Order, and that is evident with the emblem of the Old Republic Jedi Order prominently etched at the top of the saber. Surrounding the iconic emblem is an intricate & symmetrical design that traces the contours of the many features found at the emitter, switch section and pommel of the Mirah.

Contrasting to the acid etched engravings and rustic textured surfaces are bands of midnight blue accents that truly defines the saber’s outlook. This is then paired with an armored tassel at the bottom which was specifically made to be in the same blue color. This saber is finally completed with the main grip section being wrapped in dark brown with a genuine Napa leather strip that has been precisely cut to size.

Peace is a fragile thing, but it has been taken for granted many times over for the efforts needed to preserve it are not always clearly seen. That does not negate its sheer importance and with this in mind, we have given this very special lightsaber the name “Shadow Guardian”.

This saber will be built in the Neo Proffie configuration and limited units of it will be available for purchase this Saturday at 9am EDT.
