In the cold abyss of the Outer Rim, the once glorious world of Korriban drifts through the darkness like a rotted corpse. That desolate planet has since been plundered by the enterprising and foolish alike, and those who know of its existence believe that nothing of value remains.

Yet, for the few who have actually visited (and survived) testify of almost seeing something that is just out of sight. It is evidenced by a shadow that vanishes when you look, how the wind whistling through the canyons sounds like voices, or a glimpse of a monstrous face briefly visible from a flash of lightning. It is rumored that the origin of these disturbances is an artifact birthed from an unholy fusion of ancient alchemy and mystic technology – a relic that is both a holocron and a lightsaber.

This mysterious weapon is a Daemos with its menacing emitter claws which help focus the wielder’s wrath into its blade of wrath. Its intricate engravings begins at the top, where both sides were adorned with sword tips oriented in opposite directions – one towards the blade, the other pointing at the grip – implying that hate will always return to whoever pours it out. Just below, the switch ring is wrapped in Sith circuitry, which is rumored to contain an imprint of both its long-dead master and pieces of everyone he has slain.

The design was completed at the band just above the pommel, where a ziggurat stands amidst cryptic runes, while skeletal wings of raw power rise towards the grip – forcefully attuning anyone who holds this hilt to the darkness. This piece was then powder coated in a hue that mimicked raw obsidian, while its grip was bathed in a bloody crimson that so seamlessly matched the saber's red activation switch.

This relic's ancient wiring preserves the astral remnants of its fallen master and echoes of its victims, now and forever intertwined in a spectral symphony of suffering. With the horrible capacity to enslave a person’s core being, those who have heard it whispering in the catacombs know it as the “Soulbinder”.
