The Fifth Spectre

Every so often, we relish in the chance to challenge ourselves creatively with bold designs and colors. Having the opportunity to experiment with concepts so different is always exciting especially when the journey culminates into the creation of a visually stunning piece. This legendary saber is exactly it and has been a project that reminded us of the joy found in the creative process itself.

The inspiration for today’s showcase is unmistakable. Renowned as a rebel fighter, talented artist, weapons expert, and, above all, a fiercely loyal friend, we sought out to create a lightsaber that would capture the essence of this tenacious Mandalorian.

For this we selected the Senza, and the design journey began at the prongs of the emitter shrouds with us crafting a divided emblem similar to the wings on her helmet. At the lower half of one shroud, we adorned it with a stylized "5" while on the other, was the iconic starbird. These symbols signify her a Spectre 5 and represents her dedication to the rebellion. We then incorporated her rendition of a Purrgil on the switch area while elements of her armor’s motif were applied all over the hilt through a reverse acid etching process.

Much like the rebel that inspired it, the most stunning feature of this hilt is without a doubt the audacious use of colors. This powder coating combination stands defiantly unique from anything we have done before. We chose a bold orange for one of the shrouds, switch area and middle bands of the Senza. Contrasting to that is a glittery purple that was applied to the other shroud, OLED box and the pommel.

This saber boldly defies convention and stands out as a vibrant beacon of individuality and rebellion. It is a testament of both masterful engineering and artistic expression. That is why we call this piece of defiant art as the “Fifth Spectre”.

This legendary saber will be built in BOTH Neo CFX and Neo Proffie configuration in very limited quantities, and will be available for purchase on November 24th (Black Friday) at 9am EST. This is a Black Friday Special (BFS) saber with a lead time of 6 weeks from order confirmation.
