The Lumite Eternal

It is said that the only constant is change. Nowhere was this more evident than in this abandoned temple, where only the solitary hum of a lightsaber echoed through the empty halls. Its emerald glow cast fleeting reflections on crumbling stone walls, a faint reminder of the life that once thrived here.

This was once a sanctuary for those who sought to understand the mysteries of the Force, a place where wisdom flowed as freely as the rivers on its verdant world. But the galaxy had moved on. As safer hyperlanes were charted and trade shifted to busier worlds, this planet slipped into obscurity. What was once a hub of learning and light now lay forgotten, its ancient halls claimed by silence.

And yet, not all had left. While others had moved to greener pastures, one lone knight stood firm, refusing to let the tides of time wash away what was sacred to him. It is said that those who chance upon this derelict temple might witness the ghostly blaze of his emerald blade. The hilt from which the focused plasma came from was a Korvus,—and a magnificent one at that.

The ascending chorus of geometrical motifs adorning its emitter sleeve seemed to channel energy from the exposed crystal chamber, feeding it into the vivid blade of this elegant weapon. At its center was the emblem of the Jedi Order, now more significant than ever, a solemn reminder of the splendor that once was. The aging of time was etched across the entire hilt, its once-polished surfaces worn into a faded golden patina.

Whether that knight still lives is irrelevant; his spirit endures, a legend that resonates for many. Sometimes, we must stand against the tides of time to protect what is precious and his story to this day, remains a beacon. Eternally lighting the dim halls of what others have forgotten – it is through these fables that this lightsaber has been known as the “Lumite Eternal.”
