The Preconfiguration Update

Our goal has always been to deliver the most refined and polished saber experience to you.
From our craftsmanship, Power Core Chassis System, and premium packaging, to our customer service, warranty coverage, and website design — everything was done to ensure that owning a Sabertrio lightsaber feels nothing short of special.
This never-ending journey has been years in the making, and today we’re excited to announce the next step: our BIGGEST Preconfiguration Update.
The full list of changes is simply too long to cover in one post, but here are some key highlights:
- Both CFX and Proffie now come with 26 specially curated soundfonts, some of which are Sabertrio exclusives that we specially commissioned. All free soundfonts (e.g. Grey Meat, Smooth Fuzz) have been removed by default, though you can still manually add them back.
- The UI voice and sounds on Proffie have been completely overhauled, with a new voice that sounds more natural and immersive. We’ve also updated the background sounds in sound bank selection and added a BGM to the Settings menu.
- Pulsing Crystal can now be toggled directly via the System/Settings menu on both CFX and Proffie.
- Power Cores are now fully swappable across all Sabertrio hilts (except Aria) without the need to adjust SD card values or reflash firmware.
- Blade Profiles / Styles have been meticulously refined across every soundfont, delivering dazzling Neo Blade effects that remain lore-friendly.
Our User Guide has been fully updated to reflect these changes, and the complete changelog is now available on our Support page, along with the download link:

All in all, this update brings a truly refreshed experience to your Sabertrio saber. And the best part? It’s 100% FREE for all our customers! Just email or message us with your order number to get the password.
Sabers shipped since September 8th already come loaded with this new version by default.
Special shoutout to @ksith_saber_fonts, @greyscalefonts , Lars Blako and @crystalfocusnet — it was truly a pleasure working with them in bringing these new preconfigurations to life.
