Star Wars-inspired custom neopixel lightsaber floating amidst dark rocks. The hilt features vermillion accents, Sith etching, and a red blade

Over several millennia ago, the Sith were very different than what it presently is in Galactic Imperial times. During that period that was known as the Old Republic era, the Sith were an ancient religious order comprising of thousands of Force-wielders that were devoted to the dark side of the Force.

At its peak, it established the reconstituted Sith Empire and waged an all out war over the Galactic Republic and their sworn enemy, the Jedi Order. The attacks were so swift & vicious that it ultimately resulted in the Empire gaining dominion over roughly half of the galaxy. The conflicts that then followed would go on to be known until this day as the Great Galactic War.

The military might of the Sith Empire during that era was truly formidable, and amongst their most effective forces were their Sith Warriors. These combat specialists would often serve as champions of the battlefield and for today, we wanted to craft a lightsaber that would befit such an unstoppable force of darkness.

The Vahlken, most recognizable for its octagonal profile and many open facets, became the hilt of choice. As this was to be a true weapon of the Sith, we needed the saber to embody the very essence of the ancient order, and what better way than to derive the etching motifs from the actual Book of Sith?

Taking cues from the many design elements found throughout the tome, we created three bespoke etching motifs that were meticulously applied throughout the entire hilt in a mirrored sequence. From there, we accentuated all the motifs with a special chemical before proceeding to powder coat portions of the Vahlken in a rich vermillion hue. We then applied a matte clear coat throughout the entire hilt to finish it in a silky satin outlook.

Much like how the numerous forces of Sith Empire blotted out the sun during the initial invasion, this legendary lightsaber henceforth has been known as the 'Vermillion Eclipse'. It will be built in BOTH Neo CFX & Neo Proffie configuration in very limited quantities, and will be available for purchase on June 17th at 9am EDT.
