Screwed on at one end of the Power Core is the Audio Chip - a machined Delrin enclosure that houses the speaker itself and a quick-connector PCB. Swapping it is as simple as changing your saber's pommel; absolutely NO soldering is required.

This modularity has enabled the Power Core itself to be easily customizable. Imagine being able to change the speaker literally within seconds to bring out the very best saber audio experience from your favorite sound font. And to make this possible, we are proud to officially introduce the Audio Chip Elite and Audio Chip Dark Side!

These hot-swappable speaker modules were created in collaboration with Smugglers Outpost, and take full advantage of his renowned 28mm speakers to provide an immersive saber audio experience like no other.

The Audio Chip Elite features Smugglers Outpost’s S.O. 28mm Elite 2W+ 4Ohm Bass Speaker that outputs his signature sound through a fine-tuned EQ mix of highs, mids, and lows. The end result is unparalleled clarity that many have come to love since 2019. It is priced at USD26 inclusive of the unique red colored Audio Chip enclosure.

The Audio Chip Dark Side features Smuggler Outpost's 28mm Dark Side 3W+ 4Ohm Extra Bass Speaker that takes the signature sound and rolls back the highs while boosting up the mids and lows. This creates a deeper sound that truly enhances darker and grittier sound fonts. It is priced at USD30 inclusive of the unique red colored Audio Chip enclosure.

To ensure these Audio Chips are compatible, your Sabertrio saber must be using the Power Core Chassis System. If it is not, it can be upgraded via the Sabertrio Power Core Upgrade Initiative which involves returning your saber to us.
