Exposed Kyber crystal custom neopixel red lightsaber features weathered finish, Sith Empire emblems, obelisk and lava river motifs

The essence of MASTERPIECE by Sabertrio can be distilled into two words – cohesive collaboration. It is a journey that sees both your vision and the expertise of our artisans converge to craft a truly bespoke saber that is more than the sum of its parts. Today, we turn the spotlight onto an intricately ominous Masterpiece Korvus, which was commissioned by the dark lord of saber reviews himself – Darth Koopa.

This truly one-of-a-kind hilt comes with a legend, the sort you might expect to find scrawled into the side of a crumbling sarcophagus. It speaks of an ancient being, who is said to have forged a mythical saber so completely infected with darkness that it could envelop the wielder in undetectable shadow.

It began when a former apprentice defiled the grave of his master, and used a dark ritual to cause his kyber crystal to glow crimson like burning blood – infusing it with the hate of both the living and the dead. This new prize was placed into a Korvus, because the exposed crystal chamber gave ventilation for the burning rage contained within. The design of that hilt began at the variable length emitter, which was given a towering obelisk that frames the emblem of the Sith Empire and winding rivers of boiling lava. The strange patterns are continued all the way down to the pommel, where a ring of horned totems undergird the grip like obsidian columns.

Centuries have passed, and both hilt and the hands that forged it have faded into obscure legend. But there are rumors that this relic has resurfaced – it is said to be laid upon a pedestal with similar markings, waiting for the one who it has marked as worthy to take up the mantle of its corrupted essence. It is eager to continue its legacy of wrath and shadow, and it calls out through the abyss to its new wielder – it calls out to Darth Koopa.

If you find the darkness enticing, then we invite you to check out Darth Koopa’s unboxing of this saber through the link below. It has certainly been an honor to work on this particular MASTERPIECE by Sabertrio.
